THINGS INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CAN DO

If someone asks you that IT develops laziness and sometimes distracts people, would you still use it? The answer to this is obviously No, so why do people use information technology? They use it because it provides them every type of information they need according to their taste, most of the time. What I believe is that even though IT develops laziness and causes distraction among the people, it also plays an important role in building a nation because it helps students in providing updated study material to anyone at any place, at any time. One do not need to go the library and stand in the long queues, unless and until you are in Pakistan where most of the libraries look a scary place to majority of the people.
But thinking positively, with the help of Information technology any person in the world can learn anything he wants, whenever he wants but the thing is he should have Internet in his house. Otherwise he will either try to hack a WIFI or he will be requesting some neighbour to lend him the Internet, exactly what happens in Pakistan. By the way you really can learn how to hack a WIFI but you will still need an Internet connection, I repeat a RUNNING INTERNET CONNECTION, but don’t do this.
Coming back to the topic, so what IT does is that:
·      It helps in education in a way that promotes collaborative learning, if and only if it is learning, which is lacking in many countries around the globe.

·      It allows students to store data and access it later on and IRONY is that most of the people don’t know this trick.
·       It gives access to people to the learning course ware, that is, they can use various methods of learning.
·      It helps in research so that people can discover hidden truths of the universe but they discover the things which really is not required to be discovered because as the time will pass they will ultimately face those discoveries.

·       It solves time management issue of most of the people, that is, they can do their task in minutes.
·      In education, it gives students a whole new platform, a new world of view to learn, to discover things which really is required. Students should remain curious every time they learn something new, they should ask what, why, when and how!

·      And last but not the least it provides the best updated required material available at the moment.And,
